Job Description

Process payments for:

  • Vehicle purchases
  • Service and repair bills
  • Spare parts and accessories

Generate invoices and receipts using dealership software

Handle multiple payment modes (cash, cards, UPI, bank transfers)

Maintain daily cash balance and reconcile transactions

Coordinate with service advisors and sales teams for billing accuracy

Manage refunds, cancellations, and adjustments when required

Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions

Assist in end-of-day financial reporting

Follow company policies for cash handling and auditing
