Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations at our residential building project. You’ll be the point person on site, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety are maintained from foundation to finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution: Supervise all civil, structural, and finishing works as per drawings & BOQ
- Quality Control: Ensure materials + workmanship meet project specs and IS codes
- Planning: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, track timelines, coordinate with contractors
- Drawings & Levels: Read architectural/structural drawings, set out levels, verify measurements
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 0-1 years in residential/commercial construction projects
- Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, basic quantity surveying, good command of English/Kannada/Hindi
- Must have: Strong site supervision skills, problem-solving attitude, ability to work under deadlines
