Designation: Junior Consultant / Consultant – Customer Happiness
Process: Inbound Customer Support
Location:
Go Digit Insurance
5th Floor, Oasis Centre, Near Sony Signal,
100 Feet Road, Srinivagilu Main Road,
AVS Layout, Bengaluru – 560034
Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
Working Days: 6 days working + 1 rotational off
Salary & Benefits:
₹17,500 – ₹22,000 In-hand Salary
₹4,000 Attendance Bonus
5% Performance-Based Variable Pay
Medical Insurance Coverage (over and above salary package)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance products/services
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
Deliver prompt and professional communication
Ensure high customer satisfaction and experience
Use internal tools, systems, and scripts effectively
Meet performance and quality metrics
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
Hindi (Compulsory)
Any one: Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to handle customer queries with empathy
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Voice process experience preferred
