*Job Summary:*




To provide real-time, accurate, and empathetic guidance to prospective students, parents, and counselors regarding the application and enrollment processes, ensuring a positive initial impression and efficient lead management through chat platforms.




*Key Responsibilities:*


* Handle incoming queries via website/live chat, WhatsApp, or other messaging platfor


* Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, schedules, fees, faculty, and institute policies.


* Guide students through the admission or enrollment process when required.


* Address student/parent concerns promptly and escalate to relevant departments if needed.


* Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up as necessary.


* Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to keep responses updated.


* Ensure a courteous, clear, and student-focused communication tone.
