Position: Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Banashankari II Stage
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in closing deals. The candidate should have good communication skills and be confident in speaking with customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers through calls, messages, or emails
- Follow up with leads and explain about the products and services clearly
- Maintain regular communication and follow ups with customers until the closures
- Understand customer requirements and guide them properly about the property details
- Coordinate with the BDEs/Sales Executive for site visits or meetings
- Maintain customer data in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in sales or customer handling is preferred
