Customer Success Executive

Job Title: Customer Retention Executive — D2C Wellness Brand

Job Structure: 3-month paid internship period → Full-time conversion

What You'll Do

You'll be the voice of Care Dale for our existing customers. Your day will include:

• Calling customers whose filter cartridge is due for replacement (we'll give you the list daily — these are warm leads, not cold calls)
• Understanding why some customers haven't reordered yet and helping them make a decision
• Answering questions over WhatsApp and phone — about our product, delivery, refunds, anything
• Logging every conversation in a simple sheet so we learn from customer feedback
• Sharing weekly insights with the team — what objections you heard, what worked, what didn't

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Strong listener - someone who asks questions before offering solutions
• Comfortable on phone calls for 4-5 hours a day
• Basic comfort with Google Sheets / Excel and online tools
• Patient with customers, even when they're frustrated
• Honest
