🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolving complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Processing orders, returns, or refunds
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams
