We are currently hiring for the position of Escalation Specialist / Customer Support Executive for a reputed organization. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer escalations effectively.

Job Role: Escalation Specialist / Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls and customer tickets received from the Inbound/l2 support team in a fast-paced environment.
2. Understand customer concerns quickly and provide effective resolutions for escalated cases.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, ownership, and professionalism.
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
6. Accurately document customer interactions and case details in crm/software tools.
7. Handle difficult situations calmly and diffuse crisis scenarios efficiently.
8. Contribute towards customer retention and service recovery initiatives.
9. Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (kpis) and performance targets consistently.
10. Take initiative in improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
11. Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Good understanding of customer support processes and product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in an escalation environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Candidate should be patient, polite, presentable, and customer focused.
• Languages Required: English, Kannada, and Hindi (Mandatory).
