Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data into computer systems and databases
- Verify accuracy of data before entering
- Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Retrieve data as requested by management
- Ensure confidentiality and security of information
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Generate reports when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
