Job Description
Looking for Tele caller in banking operations (loans) drives sales and customer engagement by conducting outbound/inbound calls to offer loan products, explaining eligibility criteria, and verifying applicant documents. They maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and meet daily/monthly conversion targets, usually requiring a 12th pass/graduate degree with strong communication skills and basic financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Proactively contact potential leads and existing clients to offer personal, home, or business loans.
- Loan Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation required to customers.
- Lead Management & CRM: Update CRM software with detailed customer interaction records, loan processing status, and follow-up schedules.
- Documentation Support: Assist applicants in gathering and verifying documents for loan processing.
