Digital Marketing Intern

Trippific Sports is building a new-age travel platform focused on sports, adventure, and curated travel experiences. We aim to make travel more exciting by combining it with events, activities, and community-driven experiences.

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about travel, social media, and growth hacking. You will work closely with the founding team to build brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities📱 Social Media ManagementManage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels
• Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories
• Engage with followers (comments, DMs)
• 🎨 Content CreationCreate eye-catching creatives (Canva or similar tools)
• Write captions, campaign messages, and ad copies
• Assist in shooting/editing short videos & reels
• 📈 Performance MarketingAssist in running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Monitor campaign performance & suggest improvements
• Help in A/B testing creatives and audiences
• 📊 Lead Generation & TrackingManage incoming leads from ads
• Maintain lead data in sheets or CRM
• Support in follow-ups and campaign optimization
• 🔍 Market ResearchIdentify trends in travel & sports space
• Analyze competitors and campaign ideas
• ✅ RequirementsStrong interest in digital marketing & social media
• Basic knowledge of Instagram / Meta Ads (bonus)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication (written + verbal)
• Creative mindset + willingness to learn
• Passion for travel, sports, or startups is a big plus
