Job Title: Quick Commerce Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage and streamline end-to-end operations of our quick commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, vendor coordination, and last-mile delivery to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations ManagementOversee daily quick commerce operations including order processing and fulfillment

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders within defined SLAs
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and turnaround time

2. Inventory & Warehouse ManagementMaintain accurate inventory levels across dark stores / warehouses

• Coordinate stock replenishment and demand forecasting
• Minimize stock-outs and wastage

3. Vendor & Partner CoordinationLiaise with suppliers, delivery partners, and third-party vendors

• Ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations
• Negotiate and manage vendor performance

4. Last-Mile Delivery ManagementCoordinate with delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Track delivery performance metrics and optimize routes
• Resolve delivery-related issues and escalations

5. Customer ExperienceMonitor customer feedback and resolve complaints

• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with support teams to improve user experience

6. Data & ReportingTrack KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, delivery time, and cancellations

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Use data insights to drive process improvements
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics
• Strong understanding of hyperlocal delivery models
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP tools is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Preferred Skills:Experience with quick commerce platforms (e.g., dark store operations)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
