Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Specialist (Shopify)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist with strong Shopify expertise to manage and optimize our online store. The role focuses on daily store operations, performance optimization, sales growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the Shopify store (products, collections, menus, onsite SEO, apps).

Customize Shopify themes (basic Liquid, HTML, CSS preferred) and ensure site speed and mobile responsiveness.

Handle e-commerce operations including product uploads, pricing, inventory accuracy, and order flow.

Improve sales through CRO strategies, PDP optimization, landing pages, and checkout enhancements.

Support marketing campaigns, manage offers/discounts, and ensure proper tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM).

Upload and optimize product content while maintaining brand consistency across the website.

Monitor site performance, fix UX issues, and conduct A/B testing.

Track and report key KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROAS.


Qualifications & Skills:

2–5 years of e-commerce experience with strong Shopify expertise.

Good understanding of Shopify admin, themes, apps, SEO, CRO, and digital marketing basics.

Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
