Job Description
Job TitleField Sales Executive / Loan Officer
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to generate loan business by meeting customers directly, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for business loans, shop loans
- Visit customers and local markets to promote loan services.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment process to customers.
- Collect customer documents and complete application process.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan disbursement.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
- Achieve login and loan disbursement targets every month.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial products.
- Ability to work in the field and meet customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic mobile and computer knowledge.
- Qualification10th / PUC / Any Degree.
- Experience in sales, finance, or loan industry is preferred.
