Role Overview

The Sales Officer is responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through field activities, referrals, and local market engagement. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and achieving disbursement targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate LAP leads through field visits, referrals, DSAs, builders, and local networks
• Explain LAP product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly to customers
• Conduct customer meetings at residences/business locations
• Collect and verify customer documents (property, income, KYC, banking)
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for case processing
• Track leads and update daily activity in CRM/MIS
• Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets
• Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
• Target CustomersSelf-employed professionals

• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong field sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of secured loans / LAP products
• Good communication in local language(s)
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic understanding of property and income documents
• Eligibility Graduate (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage sales
• Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory for field role)
