Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and willingness to learn end-to-end hiring processes.

• Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining process.
• Handle offer letter sharing and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain candidate database and update records in CRM/Excel sheets.
• Support HR team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in employee engagement and documentation processes.
• Communicate professionally with candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR functions preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Own mobile and laptop with internet connection preferred.
• Languages: English + Hindi / regional language preferred.
• Compensation & Benefits:3 Months Internship Period
• Performance-based incentives during internship
• After successful internship completion: Permanent role with salary ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 based on performance during internship
