The Fit Cubs is a multi-sports program designed for young children, focusing on physical development, discipline, and fun-based learning. We work closely with schools to deliver structured sports programs for kids aged 2 to 10 years.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for coaches and office staff
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires

• 2. Employee Management
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Handle attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination
• Address employee concerns and maintain discipline
• Ensure compliance with company policies and agreements

• 3. HR Operations & Admin
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
• Maintain HR policies and ensure implementation
• Manage employee exit processes and documentation
• Handle basic administrative tasks when required

• 4. Training & Performance
• Coordinate training sessions for coaches
• Track employee performance and feedback from schools
• Support in improving coach quality and retention
