Job Description
Position Overview:-
The
HR Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of human
resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations,
policy development, training, and employee engagement. This role
requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the
ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Key
Responsibilities:
*
Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters,
appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters, and other
employee-related correspondence.
* Oversee the end-to-end
talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job
portals and other channels.
*
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with
theoverall business objectives.
* Bridge management and
employee relations by addressing employee demands, grievances,
and other issues in a timely manner.
* Conduct onboarding
and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees
into the organization.
* Support current and future
business needs by fostering employee development, engagement,
motivation, and retention.
* Design, promote, and
implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace
culture.
* Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
*
Collect, analyze, and utilize HR data and metrics for performance
management
and
other strategic decisions.
* Act as the primary point of
contact for employees regarding leaves, compensation, benefits,
policies, and conflict resolution.
* Provide strategic
inputs and recommendations to management for enhancing work culture,
HR practices, and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
& Skills:
*
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in
HR management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR
policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
