- 2. Screening and SelectionResume Review: Filtering through applications to shortlist candidates who meet the technical and soft skill requirements.
- Initial Screening: Conducting preliminary phone or video interviews to verify experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Assessment Coordination: Organizing and administering technical tests, personality assessments, or case studies if required.
- 3. Interview ManagementScheduling: Coordinating interview slots between candidates and the internal hiring team.
- Interview Participation: Often sitting in on interviews to assess behavioral traits and ensure the hiring process remains consistent and unbiased.
