Job Description
- 1. Talent Sourcing and IdentificationJob Analysis: Collaborating with department managers to understand the specific requirements, skills, and cultural fit needed for a new role.

- Active Sourcing: Proactively searching for "passive" candidates through social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- 2. Screening and SelectionResume Review: Filtering through applications to shortlist candidates who meet the technical and soft skill requirements.
- Initial Screening: Conducting preliminary phone or video interviews to verify experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Assessment Coordination: Organizing and administering technical tests, personality assessments, or case studies if required.
- 3. Interview ManagementScheduling: Coordinating interview slots between candidates and the internal hiring team.
- Interview Participation: Often sitting in on interviews to assess behavioral traits and ensure the hiring process remains consistent and unbiased.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering input from stakeholders to make a final hiring decision.
- 4. Offer and OnboardingNegotiation: Extending job offers and negotiating terms such as salary, benefits, and joining dates.
- Background Checks: Managing reference checks and verifying employment history or educational credentials.
