Job Description

  • 1. Talent Sourcing and IdentificationJob Analysis: Collaborating with department managers to understand the specific requirements, skills, and cultural fit needed for a new role.
  • Job Posting: Drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized job boards.
  • Active Sourcing: Proactively searching for "passive" candidates through social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • 2. Screening and SelectionResume Review: Filtering through applications to shortlist candidates who meet the technical and soft skill requirements.
  • Initial Screening: Conducting preliminary phone or video interviews to verify experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
  • Assessment Coordination: Organizing and administering technical tests, personality assessments, or case studies if required.
  • 3. Interview ManagementScheduling: Coordinating interview slots between candidates and the internal hiring team.
  • Interview Participation: Often sitting in on interviews to assess behavioral traits and ensure the hiring process remains consistent and unbiased.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering input from stakeholders to make a final hiring decision.
  • 4. Offer and OnboardingNegotiation: Extending job offers and negotiating terms such as salary, benefits, and joining dates.
  • Background Checks: Managing reference checks and verifying employment history or educational credentials.
  • Pre-boarding: Keeping the candidate engaged between the offer acceptance and their first day to reduce "no-shows."
