Hr-Generalist

Job Description:

The HR Generalist will handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on approach to supporting the business and its employees, working hour : 9hours time: 9 am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring process
• Handle onboarding and induction

2. Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and grievances
• Maintain healthy workplace culture
• Support disciplinary actions

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee database and documentation
• Handle attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
• Prepare HR reports (attrition, hiring, etc.)

4. Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI
• Maintain statutory records

5. Performance Management

• Assist in appraisal cycles
• Track KPIs and employee performance

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs
• Organize learning and development programs
