Job Description:
The HR Generalist will handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on approach to supporting the business and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring process
- Handle onboarding and induction
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Maintain healthy workplace culture
- Support disciplinary actions
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
- Prepare HR reports (attrition, hiring, etc.)
4. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI
- Maintain statutory records
5. Performance Management
- Assist in appraisal cycles
- Track KPIs and employee performance
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Organize learning and development programs
