We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across corporate, sales, service and leadership functions.
Position SummaryThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
· Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
· Publish job advertisements across job portals and social media.
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, agencies, social media, and campus hiring.
· Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts.
· Track candidates until joining and reduce offer dropouts.
· Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and candidate database.
· Support employer branding, job fairs, and onboarding.
Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience2–5 years of recruitment experience. Experience in automobile, EV, manufacturing, retail, dealership, or startup hiring preferred.
