Job Summary

The HR Operations Specialist manages our growing company workforce across s. You will focus heavily on specialized sales recruitment campaigns, performance bonus computations, and employee life-cycle records.

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition: Build reliable active pipelines for high-velocity real estate field sales positions.

· Onboarding & Lifecycle: Conduct induction programs, manage attendance data across branches, and process exit clearings.

· Incentive Tracking: Calculate monthly sales commissions accurately in coordination with the Finance.

· Policy Enforcement: Monitor compliance with internal guidelines, handle disputes, and run employee engagement initiatives.

Required Competencies

· Proven capacity to source and vet specialized real estate domain professionals.

· Proficiency in tracking metrics via biometric attendance logs and advanced MS Excel.

· Approachable personality with high organizational confidentiality.
