Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with team leads for final selection. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to handle bulk hiring (telecallers, sales executives, relationship managers). You will be responsible for posting jobs on portals, calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely onboarding. Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment can apply.
