Job Description
Industry: BFSI / NBFC Recruitment (Non-IT Hiring)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and NBFC clients
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer roll-out, and joining
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within timelines
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements
Mandatory Requirements
• Hindi Language Mandatory
• Multilingual candidates preferred
• Personal Laptop/Desktop is mandatory
• Stable Wi-Fi/Internet Connection is mandatory
• Experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred
