Outreach & Sourcing
Active On-the-Ground Sourcing: Execute field-based recruitment strategies to source candidates for high-volume, hourly, or technical roles across assigned territories.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local career centers, trade schools, community organizations, veterans' programs, and employment agencies.
Events & Job Fairs: Organize, attend, and host off-site recruitment events, open interviews, job fairs, and pop-up hiring events.
Candidate Selection & Pipeline Management
Screening: Conduct initial phone, virtual, or face-to-face screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and fit.
Candidate Guidance: Guide candidates through the interview process, application submission, background checks, and onboarding steps.
Pipeline Building: Maintain an active database of potential candidates for immediate and future hiring needs across various locations.
