Job Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the relevant hiring managers.
- Ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate details and feedback.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Assisting in the maintenance of employee records in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Supporting the HR team in ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws and HR-related regulations.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to manage documentation related to employee benefits, insurance, and other compliance requirements.
- Assisting in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting, ensuring all necessary documents are properly maintained and updated.
