HR Recruiter / HR Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and offboarding

• Manage hiring for internal and client requirements within deadlines

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Handle bulk hiring / volume hiring for different roles

• Maintain strong candidate conversion and joining ratio

• Achieve monthly hiring targets consistently

• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate follow-ups

• Prepare offer letters, EA, NDA, and other HR documents

• Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and employee records

• Assist in PF/UAN creation and basic HR compliance activities

• Handle employee coordination and resolve HR-related queries

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment and HR operations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience using job portals and social media hiring

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance

• Immediate joiners preferred
