✨ Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and coordinate with the central HR team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation while being part of our international support team.
🌍 Opportunity:
This role offers an excellent overseas career opportunity with initial training in Bangalore, followed by relocation to an international location upon successful completion of training.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- Handle attendance and leave management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and the central HR team.
- Assist in compliance and HR reporting.
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and policies.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling.
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or related field.
- Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to an overseas/international location.
- Valid passport preferred or willingness to apply (mandatory for relocation).
