Job Description
HR - Responsibilities
1️⃣ Understanding Client Requirements
• Coordinate with clients to understand detailed job requirements (skills, experience, budget, location).
• Clarify job description, hiring urgency, and selection process.
• Align on TAT (Turnaround Time) and closure expectations.
2️⃣ Sourcing & Talent Mapping
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and internal database.
• Perform headhunting for niche and critical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
3️⃣ Screening & Shortlisting
• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews for initial screening.
• Evaluate technical skills, communication, stability, and salary expectations.
• Share only quality and relevant profiles to clients.
4️⃣ Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews between candidate and client.
• Ensure candidates attend interviews on time.
• Collect interview feedback and update candidates accordingly.
5️⃣ Follow-ups & Offer Management
• Regular follow-up with clients for feedback and interview status.
• Negotiate salary between client and candidate.
• Handle offer rollout, acceptance, and joining confirmation.
• Manage counter-offer situations professionally.
6️⃣ Closure & Joining Management
• Ensure candidate joins on the committed date.
• Maintain regular contact during notice period.
• Reduce dropouts and last-minute fallouts.
7️⃣ Client Relationship Management
• Maintain good professional relationship with HR and Hiring Managers.
• Understand future hiring plans.
• Ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
8️⃣ Reporting & Target Achievement
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets.
