Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems and chillers.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chillers, AHU, FCU, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Maintain daily operation logs and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and servicing.
- Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and chiller systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
