Industrial Automation Manager

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Management & Execution

· Lead end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects, from planning to handover.

· Ensure on-time delivery aligned with quality benchmarks and compliance norms.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless project flow.

🔹 Logic & PLC Programming Verification

· Verify and optimize control logic for automation processes.

· Verify Program and troubleshoot PLCs for various industrial applications.

· Supervise on Simulation and validate control systems as per client requirement and specifications.

🔹 HMI Verification & System Integration

· Verify HMI interfaces to simplify system operation as per specification.

· Standardize on HMI screens and structures for the best industrial solution.

· Consistently improve the quality of the HMI screens.

🔹 Project Monitoring & Technical Reporting

· Track progress across project phases, addressing issues proactively.

· Compile and present performance reports to stakeholders.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation for system design and implementation.

🔹 Project Documentation & Specification

· Verify IO lists, control requirement specifications (CRS), and functional narratives.

· Validate accuracy and completeness of all technical documents.

🔹 Client Coordination & Project Handover

· Execute final system tests and validations with client involvement.

· Facilitate smooth project handovers and ensure operational readiness.

· Secure client sign-offs and completion certificates.

🔹 Training & System Evaluation

· Conduct and monitor hands-on training sessions for employees and clients on system operation and troubleshooting.

· Assess system performance and operator efficiency to identify improvement areas.

· Collect feedback to drive continuous enhancement of automation solutions.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

· Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

· 5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and project leadership.

· Expertise in PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming.

· Strong documentation and project coordination abilities.

· Proficiency in system troubleshooting and optimization.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management capabilities.
