Inside Care Associate

About the Role As an Inside Care Associate, you will play a key role in building Harito’s care partner network. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding care professionals such as caregivers, nursing aides, physiotherapists, and nurses onto the Harito platform. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to building Harito’s care partner network, ensuring quality supply for customer needs. Prefer candidates from Nursing/Medical background

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outreach and partner sourcing, including case-based sourcing for specific requirements

• Screen, onboard, and activate care professionals onto the platform

• Build and track a pipeline of candidates, including those for Harito Academy

• System adherence, coordination with internal teams, partner activities & deployment. 

A Day in the Role

Your day will involve connecting with potential partners, managing follow-ups, guiding onboarding journeys, sourcing for urgent cases, and tracking progress across onboarding and activation.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Kannada + Hindi + English)

• High ownership with comfort in calling, follow-ups, and target-driven work

• Organized approach with basic Excel/CRM handling

• Preferred: Background or exposure to Nursing / Healthcare / Medical field

• Partner onboarding and conversion performance

• Activation and successful case fulfillment

• Academy pipeline development

• Data accuracy, system adherence and follow-up efficiency
