Invoice Processing

The BP Disbursement & Co-Marketing Payment Specialist supports the

global Partner incentives payment process, including the end-to-end

Subscription & Support payout process and Co-Marketing claim payments.

This role ensures timely and accurate processing while maintaining

compliance with IBM guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing Partner incentives payments, Subscription & Support

payouts, and Co-Marketing claim payments.

• Collaborating with Partners to resolve queries and provide timely

support.

• Engaging with internal IBM functions such as Partner Ecosystem, IBM

HW, SW, TLS Business Units, Marketing, and Legal to ensure smooth

operations.

• Supporting process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and

adherence to cycle time targets.

This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and

the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic global environment.

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in invoice processing or similar
