Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & StaffingAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and follow-ups
- Support hiring and selection procedures
2. Onboarding & InductionManage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires
3. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and concerns
- Maintain positive workplace culture
- Assist in resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues
4. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and documentation
- Support performance management processes
5. Payroll & Compensation SupportAssist in payroll preparation and processing
- Maintain salary records and benefits administration
- Ensure timely updates of employee compensation
6. Compliance & PoliciesEnsure adherence to company policies and labor laws
- Update HR policies as required
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
7. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training sessions and workshops
- Track employee development programs
- Assist in performance improvement initiatives
Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR software (HRMS systems)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not always mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles
