Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting components, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspection of sheet metal components during and after fabrication.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, measuring tape, and gauges accurately.

• Read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings.

• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.

• Coordinate with production team to maintain quality consistency.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Hands-on experience with basic measuring tools (Vernier, scale, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing industry
• Immediate joiners preferred
