Floor Manager

Company Overview:

Kuberan Silks is a well-known name in ethnic wear and silk sarees, offering premium quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and enhance the in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations in the retail store
• Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or escalations professionally
• Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue
• Maintain stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and ensure proper stock replenishment
• Ensure adherence to company policies, billing procedures, and operational guidelines
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the store
• Analyze customer preferences and provide feedback to management 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in retail, preferably in textiles/sarees/apparel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ethnic wear or silk saree retail
• Visual merchandising knowledge
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Multilingual communication (especially regional languages)
