We are hiring a Junior HR Executive to handle candidate registration and front-end interactions. The role involves speaking with candidates, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their details are properly registered in the system.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment process
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, data entry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle initial interaction with candidates via calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Explain company services, process, and job opportunities clearly
• Manage candidate registration process (collecting details, documentation, profile creation)
• Maintain accurate records of candidate data in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for further processing of profiles
• Address candidate queries regarding job roles, interview process, and locations
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at the first level of interaction
• Follow up with candidates for pending information or documentation
