About the RoleNutri Couture is looking for a passionate Bakery Chef who enjoys creating delicious, healthier baked products using clean, high-quality ingredients. If you love experimenting, maintaining consistency, and producing premium bakery products, we'd love to meet you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake cookies, cakes, breads, muffins, granola, crackers, and other bakery products.
• Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
• Assist in developing healthier bakery products using whole grains, millets, natural sweeteners, and clean-label ingredients.
• Monitor baking schedules, ingredient quality, and inventory.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and production records.
• Support packaging and quality checks before dispatch.
• Work closely with the founder on new product trials and seasonal launches.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in a bakery, café, or food production unit.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Passion for healthy baking and willingness to innovate.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently during peak production.
