About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and disciplined Kitchen Associates to support our fast-paced ready-to-cook food operations. The role involves preparing ingredients, assembling meal kits, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring orders are packed accurately for rapid delivery within minutes.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a high-speed kitchen environment and can maintain quality under time-sensitive operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and portion ingredients for ready-to-cook meal kits
• Assist in cooking, cutting, marination, and food assembly processes
• Ensure all customer orders are packed accurately and dispatched quickly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen stations, utensils, and storage areas
• Follow food safety and SOP guidelines at all times
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages
• Support inventory handling, receiving supplies, and organizing storage
• Work closely with kitchen supervisors and delivery coordination teams
• Ensure minimal wastage and proper food handling practices
• Maintain speed and efficiency during peak order hours
• Requirements10th / 12th pass or equivalent qualification
• Prior kitchen, QSR, cloud kitchen, or food handling experience preferred
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
• Preferred SkillsExperience in cloud kitchens or quick commerce food operations
• Basic cutting and food preparation skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
