Job Description
Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled candidates for the position of Video KYC Executive. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining the Video KYC process, and assisting them in completing their KYC verification successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain the Video KYC process.
- Convince customers to complete KYC verification.
- Guide customers step-by-step during the verification process.
- Follow up with pending customers.
- Maintain daily call records and status updates.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
