Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:

This is a full-cycle sales role — you'll generate leads AND close them. As an early team member at a startup, you'll wear multiple hats: identifying potential clients, building relationships, pitching our services, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other online platforms

Initiate conversations with potential clients through messages and calls

Understand client career goals and identify their resume/profile improvement needs

Pitch and sell our services — resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, Naukri profile building, and career coaching

Schedule and conduct consultation calls with interested prospects

Handle objections, follow up consistently, and close sales

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/tracking sheets regularly

Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets

Requirements:

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Sales, Lead Generation, or related field

Education: Graduation / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Strong communication skills in English

Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media platforms for outreach

Ability to handle objections and build trust with prospects

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home (WFH)
