Loss Prevention Associate

Role & responsibilities: - Monitor CCTV and conduct regular stock and security audits - Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or discrepancies - Check system vs physical stock and support inventory reconciliation - Maintain incident reports and follow loss-prevention procedure - Coordinate with store, warehouse, and operations teams to minimize losses Preferred candidate profile : Good observation and communication skills Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations Integrity, confidentiality and willingness to work in shifts
