MEP Engineer

• Plan and execute MEP systems for building and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate design, layout, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services
• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of MEP works
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for MEP installations
• Validate the performance of HVAC, fire-fighting systems, electrical panels, lighting, and plumbing networks
• Troubleshoot MEP issues and implement corrective actions
• Guide contractors and technicians on MEP standards and procedure
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers
• Review subcontractor proposals and monitor vendor performance
• Update daily/weekly progress reports for MEP-related activities
• Support procurement by specifying materials and reviewing technical submittals
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
• Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments for MEP work
• Support inspections with government or client bodies

       Design and review mechanical installation and services in buildings, ventilations, fire fighting and safety , air conditioning , HVAC and ducting systems, hot and cold water, sanitary , drainage, waste management and treatment mechanical systems and mechanical gases systems.

·       Assist contract division in preparing and evaluation of tender documents of mechanical engineering services (Specifications , BOQ's, rates, test reports etc)

·       Design and produce mechanical and plumbing systems design calculations, drawing and scope of works.

·       Fire hydrating piping.

·       strutural fabrication & chilled brain drain line

·       Structural fabrication and diesel pipeline.

·       oLd hot & cold tank removing & new tank erection, steam line.

·       Platform fabrication & utility pipeline.

·       Solvent drain line.

·       solvent tank erection , suction & delivery pipeline for solvent tanks.

·       AHU drain line , solvent pipe line & structural platform at shaft areas.

·       Fire hydrant piping.

·       Pipe rack , utility piping , Boiler & compressor erection.

·       Pipe rack , plat form , steam line & Nitrogen line.`
