Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in bulk/mass hiring. The candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment, especially for high-volume roles. Prior experience in BPO hiring will be an added advantage. The ability to manage multiple requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closures is essential. Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills are required. Immediate joiners preferred.
