Home Care Nurse (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing)Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 24 Hours (Live-in)
About the JobKarepa Technologies Private Limited is hiring qualified and compassionate GNM and B.Sc. Nurses to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes across Bangalore. This is a 24-hour live-in nursing role, offering an opportunity to deliver quality patient care while building a rewarding career in home healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor the patient's health condition and vital signs.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Perform wound dressing and other basic nursing procedures.
- Provide Ryles tube feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and positioning.
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the family and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and follow the prescribed care plan.
- Ensure proper infection control and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Educate family members on patient care and safety practices.
- Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and ensure the patient's comfort and dignity.
- EligibilityGNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Registration is preferred.
- Experience in hospitals, home healthcare, ICU, or ward nursing is preferred.
- Freshers with good clinical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
- Basic communication skills in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or English.
- Compassionate, responsible, and willing to work in a 24-hour live-in setup.
