Job Summary:
Aldura Industries Pvt Ltd is hiring a Female Admin & Operations Executive to manage office administration, business coordination, and operational support. This role involves multitasking across admin, marketing coordination, and dealer management, along with supporting Directors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with vendors, handle facility management, and maintain office supplies & inventory
• Manage documentation, records, and filing systems efficiently
• Handle travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
• Travel frequently for official work and coordination with management and internal teams (outstation visits)
• Support marketing activities, including dealer appointments and dealership coordination
• Maintain and manage dealer relationships and communication
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Directors
• Act as a backup for other roles during absenteeism and ensure business continuity
• Handle front office operations including calls, emails, and visitor management
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and other departments for smooth workflow
• Organize meetings, events, and internal coordination activities
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
• Professional attitude and behaviour
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in Admin / Office Management
• Female candidate preferred
• Must be willing to travel frequently (outstation travel required)
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup
• Knowledge of vendor and facility management
• Experience in admin, coordination, or operations roles
