Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative support for ongoing projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
- Maintain project documentation, records, and MIS
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Arrange meetings, logistics, and project-related communications
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG Diploma preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Experience in BFSI or corporate environments preferred
Key Skills
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
