Job Overview : We are looking for a procurement professional to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities for our workspace operations. The role also includes handling disposal and resale of scrap materials to ensure cost recovery and operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement of materials, services, and consumables
• Source and onboard vendors for facility, interiors, and operational requirements
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Raise purchase orders and track deliveries
• Identify, manage, purchase and sell scrap materials (metal, electrical, furniture, etc.)
• Ensure cost optimization and maximize value recovery from scrap
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement planning
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and scrap transactions

Experience Required

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement / purchasing
• Experience in facility management, interiors, or workspace industry preferred
• Required SkillsVendor sourcing and negotiation
• Cost comparison and BOQ understanding
• Purchase order and inventory coordination
• Experience in scrap material handling, valuation, and resale
• Strong communication and coordination skills
