Job Description

Hiring: Production Assistant – Garments (Bangalore)

We are looking for a reliable and smart Production Assistant to support our garment unit operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist master & tailors in daily production work
  • Handle buttoning, fusing support, and basic workshop tasks
  • Shift fabrics/materials within the unit
  • Visit market to source fabrics, buttons, trims, embroidery materials as per requirement
  • Ensure correct color matching and quality while purchasing
  • Negotiate with vendors and get best rates
  • Collect and deliver materials from transport/logistics
  • Handle basic unit tasks like arranging diesel, managing DG during power cuts, calling electrician if needed, etc.


Requirements:

  • Must have own bike (mandatory)
  • Languages: Hindi & Kannada (basic English optional)
  • Basic understanding of colors, fabrics, and materials
  • Should be street-smart, responsible, and honest
  • Ability to negotiate and handle market purchases independently

Salary: ₹20,000/month + fuel reimbursement
