Job Description
Billing & Certification: Prepare, submit, and track Running Account (RA) bills and final bills. Verify that invoices and vendor payment applications align with actual site measurements and contract terms. Quantity Take-offs & BOQs: Measure and calculate quantities of materials directly from drawings. Cost Control & Budgeting: Assist in estimating costs, preparing project budgets, and monitoring expenses to prevent budget overruns. Material Reconciliation: Track the consumption of materials against theoretical requirements and report any discrepancies or wastage. Contract Administration: Maintain accurate billing registers, evaluate extra items or contract variations, and help settle commercial claims.
